A contract forms only when payment is processed and we send an order confirmation.

Delays caused by customs or couriers are outside our control.

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be:

• In original condition
  
• With tags attached
  

We do not accept returns on:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
