We want you to be happy with your purchase from Forbidden Fruits Atelier
1. Return policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 days.
2. Return conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In the original packaging
- With all tags attached
We cannot accept returns that show:
- Wear
- Damage
- Stains
- Fragrance
3. Non-returnable items
- Sale/discounted item
- Gift cards
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
5. Exchange
If you need a different size, please request a return and place a new order once refunded.

6. Faulty Items
If your item is damaged, email us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos:
