EU customers may be charged customs/import fees depending on their country’s regulations.

If you enter an incorrect address, contact us immediately.

We cannot refund orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

If your parcel is delayed, we will assist in tracking but cannot issue refunds until the courier confirms the package as lost.
